Maintenance
As like anything else with many intricate parts maintenance and cleaning is the key to keep your system running at peak performance. Annually maintaining your equipment will not only ensure proper operation but will also give you peace of mind. Most fire departments, insurance companies and all furnace manufacturers recommend that you complete an annual service and safety inspection of your equipment. To keep your warranty valid, we recommend doing a service and safety check at least every one to two years. As part of our 30-point inspection, our licensed gas technician will check for carbon monoxide leaks in the home. They will also check for parts that may be potentially failing and replace them at that time. This can help avoid a potential system failures that can be costly to fix. Having annual maintenance checks is not only for new and high-efficiency equipment but for older equipment as well. To keep your systems working their best and increase equipment longevity we recommend an annual maintenance plan.
